1st Class Shipping within UK (1-2 business days) £4.99.
Standard Shipping within UK (3-5 business days) £3.99.
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Service.
Once each parcel is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation, which includes tracking information to the email address used to place your order, if for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe list.
Our Returns Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you are not you can return any item within 14 days of receipt provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with its original packaging.
We will be happy to make a refund which will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges.
How do I return something?
Please include a note/letter with your name, address, email address, daytime telephone number and customer number if possible. Please let us know what you are returning and why. We will confirm receipt of the item you are returning by email once it arrives at our warehouse.
However, we do not accept refunds on any sale items.
We aim to process returns within 48 hours.

What if the item is faulty?
We are always very disappointed on the rare occasions our customers receive a faulty item. If you have identified the fault within 14 days of purchase, then you can return the item under our normal return procedure for exchange or refund.
Please make sure you let us know about the fault, so we can make sure other items are not affected. You can do so either by Email: email@example.com or Tel: 01708 930985.
We will refund any postage on faulty items only and ensure that you are reimbursed for standard return postage on the item.
